1. What are Yomi Yomis made of?

It is a material with PVC (plastic) elements which makes them very resistant. This material is not toxic in any way. The Yomis does not break easily and can get wet without getting any damage.

2. Is the merchandise that I receive is exactly like I am seeing the image of the website?

It is correct, however, remember that our manufacturing process is 100% handmade without molds or use of prefabricated parts, so yes there may be slight variations in colors or textures.

3. How long should I wait to get my order?

Our warehouse is full of merchandise ready to be delivered, so once our sales team validates the payment of your order (either retail or wholesale), it will be delivered within a maximum period of 48 hours a parcel or through delivery you selected in your purchase.

4. Do your products have warranty policy?

We handle a warranty for manufacturing defects on all our products. If your piece arrives damaged factory, you can make the warranty claim by emailing ventas@ yomiyomis.com with the image of the damaged product and a brief description of the damage. We validate the warranty and if necessary we will send you an e- mail.

5. Do you  handle wholesale prices?

6. Can you make custom models?

We have the option of making models tailored to the client needs with a minimum of 50 pieces per order. The price is quoted depending on the model to perform. Please send us an e-mail telling us what you want.
